On June 12, 2009, the Marin County District Attorney`s Office indicted six individuals, including Johnson, on charges related to the murder of a Novato resident on September 13, 2008. Johnson is the only outstanding suspect. Johnson has a no bail felony warrant for PC 187 - Murder, PC 182(a)(1) - Conspiracy to Commit Murder and other felony charges. He has a lengthy, violent criminal history, including past arrests for carrying a loaded firearm. Johnson frequents the Alemany housing projects in San Francisco, Sacramento, CA and has relatives in Antioch, CA. Johnson should be considered ARMED AND DANGEROUS. Johnson had made mention in the past via Myspace that he is aware of his wanted status. ************************************************UPDATE***************************************** This suspect is still outstanding despite the assistance provided by numerous resources. Recently, the Novato Police Department secured a $1,000 reward for information leading to the location and arrest of Johnson. In addition, Crime Stoppers has offered a reward up to $2,000 for the same results. Informant information will be held as anonymous.
